On behalf of employee representatives, I enforce co-determination rights vis-à-vis employers, negotiate reconciliations of interests and social compensation plans, and conduct conciliation board proceedings.

 

In doing so, I always keep the interests of the employees in mind and find forward-looking and practical solutions even in conflict-laden situations.
